The TE 1600 is purpose-built for manufacturing high-strength tapes with defined elongation and consistent width, meeting the rigorous demands of the woven packaging industry. Its advanced extrusion technology and precision mechanical engineering ensure near-zero slippage, delivering exceptional tape uniformity and optimal performance in the weaving process.

Extruder

High-performance extruder delivering up to 600 kg/h, engineered for exceptional output and maximum process stability. Equipped with an in-house screw design, it ensures excellent melting performance, reduced melt temperatures, and superior tape quality.
Water Bath

An optimized cooling and drying system ensures excellent tape quality even with high calcium or UV stabilizer contents. The precisely engineered knife-bar position provides ideal cutting tension, resulting in consistent tape width with minimal tolerances.
T-Die

The precision T-die ensures a perfectly uniform film with minimal thickness tolerances, enabled by highly accurate bolt adjustment and advanced thermal stability. It represents the most advanced and precise technology available in the market.
Stretching Unit

Stretching unit in modular design, driven by individual motors for each godet duo to ensure optimized speed control. The large wrap angle guarantees excellent tape contact on the godets and eliminates slippage.
Oven

A precision hot-air oven (5.8 m) enhances molecular orientation through controlled heating, ensuring superior mechanical strength and tape quality.
